THE AUTHOR
Author Jacob Laxen is a former award winning USA Today reporter who just happened to work for the St. Cloud Times newspaper during a few separate stints from 2007 to 2010 and from 2014 to 2016.
Jacob is a graduate from St. Cloud State University and he has searched all over central Minnesota in search of beer and the stories behind the beer.
