Broncos Advance With Win Over Chargers

The Denver Broncos (14-3) became the final team to advance to the conference championships with a 24-17 win over the San Diego Chargers (10-8) this afternoon in Denver. The Broncos will face the New England Patriots next Sunday in the AFC Championship game back in Colorado.

The Broncos dominated for most of the game; scoring the first 17 points, before the Chargers finally turned things on in the fourth quarter; making it close -- but ultimately it was too little, too late for the lightening bolts.

The AFC Championship game between the Broncos & Patriots will be Sunday, January 19th at 2:00pm CT on CBS.
