Find Connection At Bri’s Lodge ‘Hope And Healing’ Retreat
In every community, there are people carrying heartbreak that nobody else can see. Some are grieving the unexpected loss of a child. For others, it's losing a parent, sibling, spouse, or close friend.
But it's not just about losing someone. For many, the world keeps moving while they quietly struggle to find hope, purpose, or even the energy to get through another day.
What if there was a place you could go that could give you the resources you need to move forward in your time of loss? No matter if that is loss of purpose or the loss of a loved one?
THE HOPE AND HEALING RETREAT
Bri’s Lodge is hosting a special “Hope & Healing Retreat” at Camp Courage in Maple Lake. This event is designed to help people step away from the stress and noise of daily life and allow them to focus on healing, reflection, and connection.
The retreat will take place Friday, May 29th, and Saturday, May 30th, 2026, in a peaceful lakeside setting surrounded by pine trees and nature.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
The experience is meant for anyone navigating grief, emotional exhaustion, major life transitions, or simply feeling lost and disconnected.
Participants can choose between a Saturday-only retreat or an overnight experience beginning Friday evening.

THE OVERNIGHT OPTION
The overnight retreat includes dinner, lodging, bonfire time, reflective activities, and the full Saturday retreat experience. Space is limited to approximately 16 overnight guests, making registration especially important for those interested in the extended stay.
SATURDAY
Throughout the retreat, guests will experience a combination of guided healing activities and quiet personal reflection. Planned experiences include: a sound bath, guided journaling, inspirational talks, a labyrinth walk, lakeside nature time, creative exploration, and both small and large group conversations.
BE AROUND OTHERS WHO UNDERSTAND YOUR GRIEF
One of the most meaningful parts of the retreat may simply be being around others who understand grief firsthand. Losing someone you love can often feel isolating, especially when others expect you to “move on” before you are ready. Events like this remind people they are not alone.
TAKE A STEP FORWARD FOR RELIEF AND HEALING
No previous experience with meditation, wellness retreats, or sound healing is necessary. The goal of this retreat is not perfection or performance. It's a way of creating a safe place where people can breathe, reflect, and begin to find their way back toward hope.
Mental health professionals often encourage grieving individuals to seek support systems and avoid isolating themselves during periods of intense loss, but sometimes, even though our loved ones try, we don't know how to accept their help, nor do we want to. That's where being at this retreat can make such a difference. You'll be chatting with people who understand where you are, because they have been there as well.
Finding others who have shared experiences can sometimes give you what you need to remember and honor your loved one positively. It's remarkable what a difference this can make in people's lives. You don't need to be alone in this.
LEARN HOW TO HONOR YOUR LOVED ONE WHILE SURVIVING
For some attendees, this retreat could be about honoring someone they lost. For others, it may simply be about surviving another difficult season of life and realizing happiness is still possible.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Registration is now open through Bri’s Lodge. The Saturday-only retreat is $125, while the Friday overnight and Saturday retreat package is $225.
Because overnight space is limited, it is recommended that you register soon.
