Love to laugh?  Basically that is what everyone loves to do.  It makes you feel good, eases stress and generally makes you happier.  Takes way less to smile and laugh than it does to frown and brood.  Scientific fact (maybe).

COMEDY

There have been a few comedians that have graced our venues here in Minnesota, and Bert Kreischer is one of those people who is on tour, and making a stop here at the Xcel Energy Center - soon to be Grand Casino Arena as of September 3rd.  That might take some getting used to  when it's been the Xcel for as long as I can remember.  And, how long do you think it will be before people stop calling it the "x"? Probably as long as people calling X Twitter - it's still happening.

Bert Kreischer and his Permission to Party World Tour will be making a stop at Grand Casino Arena (trying to get used to that) on September 20th of this year.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT

From Xcel's Website (A.K.A. Grand Casino Arena)

Bert Kreischer’s career has evolved from Rolling Stone Magazine’s "Number One Partier in the Nation” to one of the top grossing stand-up comics in the business, movie star, leading podcaster and entrepreneur. According to Forbes, Kreischer has been hailed as, “one of the best storytellers of his generation, seamlessly and sincerely sharing anecdotes about his family and fatherhood while proving that there’s a way to take his [party-boy] antics into middle-age.” In 2024, Kreischer had the #6 highest grossing comedy tour worldwide, a huge accomplishment as he only toured six months, from January to June.

Tickets are on sale now - you can buy them through Ticketmaster.  Ticket prices range from $41 to $238.  And there are a lot of lower level seats still available.

Beautiful Photos From Clemens Gardens

This weekend was a great one to get out and do something fun. I wanted to destress, so I drove over to Clemens Gardens for a nice stroll through the gardens. What a beautiful place it is. There are flowers everywhere, as well as fountains and statues. These photos only capture part of what's available to see, but in case you haven't had a chance to visit, now is a great time to view them, as everything is in full bloom. Take a look at some beautiful photos and then make a plan to take your own trip. All of your senses will thank you.
