CHOCOLATE CHIP, PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES

My friend Tim here at work always has amazing recipes that lower the calorie count on many of our traditional favorites. What's extra amazing is; he only shares recipes that are tried and true. These are amazing, and if you're going to make cookies for the kids, you really don't need to add flour, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Make them for yourself and then let me know if they aren't worth it? These are great!

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350. Spray your cookie sheet with Pam.

Mash up two bananas. Add one cup of quick cook oatmeal, and mix it together; then add two tablespoons of peanut butter; mix it up. Then add as few or up to 1 cup of chocolate chips, and mix again.

Drop by tablespoonfuls on the cookie sheet. This should make about 12 to 13 cookies.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let sit until they cool enough to eat. They are a brilliant idea. I put three cooled cookies in baggies.

This is a great alternative to traditional cookies, and super easy to make. ENJOY!
