Tensions ran high as Los Angelas County announced that they would be canceling Halloween in 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. They canceled all parties, festivals trick-or-treating, trunk-or-treating, and basically made EVERYONE upset. So upset that the same day they retracted everything they said and decided that "Halloween was back on".
