There are currently 29 public restrooms in downtown Minneapolis, but organizers of the '100 Restrooms' project aim to improve your odds of finding a place to relieve yourself.

The initiative is an effort between the City of Minneapolis and the Downtown Improvement District -- hoping to fix a situation that has led to all kinds of complaints over the past few years.

In addition to the 29 existing restrooms, portable pop-up restrooms have been added to the downtown area to expand your 'gotta-go' options.

But wait, there's more...

Sidewalk decals have been added to downtown Minneapolis, directing you to the nearest public restroom. how long it will take to walk there, and what hours it is open.

You can find a map of the ever-expanding locations of downtown Minneapolis restroom options HERE. No doubt, there are some holes in the map of options.

Good luck out there!
