Yahoo CEO is the Best Gift Giver Ever

It's always nice when your boss shows their appreciation to you and other employees, right? Who doesn't like a small gift or even a simple thank you e-mail - something that shows they notice the hard work you do. Well recently Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer gave every employee one of the best incentives ever!

Mayer delivered the news via a memo to all staff members late last week. She announced the company will be purchasing the new Apple iPhone 5 for everyone and would also cover the data plan and all monthly phone charges. Heck yeah, I'm jealous!

This is actually a pretty smart move by Marissa. She is pretty much guaranteed an increase in productivity now that all her employees have everything they need to do their jobs at their finger tips. Not to mention the boost in morale after receiving a generous gift is inevitable which will again, only benefit her and the company.
