What Kind Of Zucchini Bread Should I Make?

If you've seen my recent pictures of my Dad's veggie garden, you know that it can only mean one thing...It's Zucchini Bread making season for me.  I love making Zucchini Bread...(I also like eating it)...which is why I make it a summer project to make as many varieties of Zucchini Bread that I can, and gift it to people who also share the love.

THE SPICE OF LIFE

So far this year...I've dug out my supplies; out of the first round of zucchini from my Dad and Mom's garden, I've made mini loaves of regular zucchini bread, mini chocolate chip Zucchini bread, and raisin Zucchini bread.

WHAT KIND OF ZUCH BREAD WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY?

Now...I'm asking you. Is there something special you'd like me to try?  I have a few plans. Last year, I also made pumpkin zucchini bread, and pumpkin chocolate chip zucchini bread...which may not sound as good as it is...but it's to die for.

SECRET INGREDIENT

My Zucchini Bread always turns out moist and tasty. I give credit to one simple secret ingredient. No matter what kind of bread I'm making, applesauce is added. Not much, but it definitely makes a difference in the texture. If you would rather have a drier, breadier bread, then this recipe is not for you.

The only other thing that I don't have at this moment that I really need, is a great big bowl!  I quadruple the recipe...and have to use two bowls to get it all mixed together. Think a regular mixing bowl...and I need it doubled!  Amazon...here I come.
