What Do You Wish You Could Tell Your Neighbor?

We're not only spending a lot more time with our families, we're also spending a lot more quality time near our neighbors.

A friend of mine left the following letter for his neighbor a few years ago. Before he did, he scanned it, sent it to me, and asked if I thought he should deliver it. Never being a very good filter, I told him to go for it -- he did. Fortunately, his neighbor felt bad and thought the note was funny. What do YOU wish you could tell YOUR neighbors?
