Minnesota's biggest country music festivals are already gearing up for 2027, and I'll do my best to track the concerts, headliners, festival dates, and ticket info you'll want to know. A lot is happening next summer, so I'm hoping this will help you keep your summer schedule jam-packed full of music, festivals, and fun all summer long.

Whether you're planning a weekend of camping with friends, looking forward to seeing your favorite country star, or searching for a new festival to experience, this is your guide to the summer's biggest country music events.

WE Fest 2027

August 4th–7th 2027 | Detroit Lakes - Minnesota

WE Fest is one of Minnesota's signature country music festivals, bringing thousands of fans to Soo Pass Ranch for several days of live music, camping, and summer fun.

The 2027 festival has already announced three major headliners and many additional performers, but more are expected to be announced.

Lakes Jam 2027

June 23rd–26th, 2027 | Brainerd - Minnesota

Four days of music, camping, and outdoor entertainment are coming back to the Brainerd Lakes area for Lakes Jam.  This festival is more than your favorite artists. It's packed with excitement: drifting, bean bag and poker tournaments, costume contests, and so much more. It's a blast. The festival takes place at Brainerd International Raceway and combines country and rock music with activities throughout the grounds.

Announced Headlining artists for 2027:

• Dierks Bentley
• Max McNown
• Chase Matthew

The full lineup has not yet been announced, so more artists and individual performance dates are expected.

Winstock 2027

June 11th–12th, 2027 | Winsted - Minnesota

Winstock in Winsted, Minnesota is a longtime favorite for country fans who love outdoor concerts and camping. Located about 35 miles west of Minneapolis, the festival brings national country artists and regional musicians together for a weekend of live entertainment.

Headliners for 2027:

Vicki's Camp N Country Jam 2027

July 8th –10th, 2027 | Redwood Falls - Minnesota

Vicki's Camp N Country Jam offers three days of country music, camping, and summer entertainment. The festival features national acts, regional artists, and multiple stages.

Artists: The festival has indicated that its 2027 national and regional lineup will be announced soon. We'll add the performers and their scheduled dates as soon as the announcement is available. They are expected to come in mid-October.

Tickets and camping: The official website lists a renewal period for returning ticket holders. Check directly with the festival for public ticket-sale information and current prices.

Iconic Fest 2027

July 9th –10th, 2027 | Brainerd - Minnesota

If you love the classic country hits you grew up listening to, Iconic Fest belongs on your summer concert radar. The festival features established country artists and other iconic artists from the 1970's through the 1990's.

Country Headliner:

• Mark Chesnutt will be performing Friday, July 9th at 9 pm

The rest of the 2027 schedule needs further confirmation. The festival's website has shown a partial lineup page, but the information still includes previous-year material. We'll add the confirmed 2027 artists, dates, and performance times once organizers publish the finalized schedule.

Freedom Fest 2027

2027 dates to be confirmed | Little Falls - Minnesota

Freedom Fest MN brings live music, food vendors, camping, and a festival atmosphere to the Morrison County Fairgrounds in Little Falls.

The 2026 event featured performers including LOCASH, Uncle Kracker, Scotty McCreery, Tyler Farr, Allie Colleen, and Chandler Walters.

Artists: The 2027 lineup and performers have not yet been announced.
