Vikings Clinch Playoff Spot with Rams Loss

The Minnesota Vikings are officially a playoff team as a result of San Francisco's 34-31 win over the Los Angeles Rams last night.

The Vikings needed either a Rams loss or tie to clinch a post-season berth.

Minnesota has two regular season games remaining; Monday (12/23) night at home against the Packers, and next Sunday (12/29) at home against the Bears.

The Vikings can still claim the NFC North championship with wins over the Packers and Bears, and a Green Bay loss at Detroit on Week 17.
