Video Taken of Cars Driving Through a Flooded Little Falls Road

Morrison County saw significant rainfall Monday evening.

The Morrison County Record Facebook page shared a video of the flooding that happened in Little Falls. Hwy 27, the main road through the town, was completely covered at one point. A flash flood warning was issued until 11:45 PM Monday night.

My family has a lake place in the Swanville area and got pelted with rain too. At one point the puddle in the yard was basically flowing into the lake.

Rainfall totals exceeded four inches in some areas before 8 PM Monday night. The area definitely needed the rain, but we may have gotten a bit more than we were hoping for. The National Weather Service reminds people not to drive down flooded roads, as most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
