Veterans In Central Minnesota Get Convenient Flu Shot Options
ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- Veterans in Central Minnesota have several options for getting their annual flu shot.
The St. Cloud VA Health Care System says flu shots for St. Cloud VA Veterans are available at most scheduled VA appointments.

Veterans who do not have an upcoming appointment can use the walk-thru and drive-thru flu clinic options. If you use those options, you will be asked to fill out a brief flu questionnaire. You should have your Veterans Health Identification Card ready, wear a short-sleeve shirt, follow the signage, and if using the drive-thru clinic, stay in your vehicle.
The St. Cloud VA Medical Center has walk-thru clinics on various days between Monday, October 6th, and Saturday, October 18th.
The drive-thru clinic is at the Brainerd VA Clinic on Wednesday, October 8th.
Eligible Veterans can also receive free flu shots at more than 70,000 Community Care Network retail pharmacies and urgent care locations between now and April 30th. If you are using that option, you should call ahead to make sure the flu shot is available at the location of your choice.
