The Minnesota Twins (46-53) won their second straight game, shutting out the Blue Jays 5-0 Tuesday night in Toronto.

In his first start since his all-star appearance, Minnesota pitcher Jose Berrios struck out nine Blue Jays in seven scoreless innings for his tenth win of the season.

The Twins scored two runs in the sixth, and added three more in the eighth on an Eduardo Escobar home run. Escobar and Eddie Rosario each had a pair of hits in the game.

Minnesota right handed pitcher Ervin Santana will make his long-awaited season debut today, after being out of action because of surgery on his right middle finger in early February.
