Timberwolves Rout Spurs 128-89 for 4th Straight Win
The Minnesota Timberwolves (11-11) beat the San Antonio Spurs 128-89 Wednesday night at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
The Wolves are now 7-2 since trading Jimmy Butler to the Philadelphia 76ers back on November 12th.
Robert Covington led Minnesota in scoring Wednesday night with 21 points, 9 rebounds, and 1 assist. Derrick Rose and Karl Anthony-Towns each added 16, and Taj Gibson scored 13.
Jakob Poeltl led the Spurs with 14 points.
