TEENS: Your Artwork Could Become A Sticker In Central Minnesota
Do you know a teen between 13 and 19 who loves to doodle? Whether they dream of becoming a graphic designer, an art teacher, or just love to draw, this could be their moment to shine.
If this sounds like someone you know, you may want to tell them to enter the first-ever Great River Regional Library 'Teen Sticker Design Contest!'
STICKERS ARE EVERYWHERE!
Everybody loves stickers. We put stickers on our laptops, stickers on our water bottles, even on our car windows. Through this first-ever sticker contest, one lucky winner is going to see their design on stickers all over central Minnesota!

The contest will run now until August 31st, 2025. Each teen can submit ONE piece of art for the contest, so create lots of stickers, and then enter your most creative piece; the one that YOU think will bring home the gold.
JUDGING FOR STICKER ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Artwork for the contest is going to be judged on the following:
- Creativity
- Design
- How well does this fit a 'library theme'

ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM
There is an online form for contestants to fill out, and the design that will be submitted must fit in the 3" by 3" square on the form. Keep that in mind. If it doesn't fit in the box, your artwork will not be considered for the winning design, so while you're thinking 'out of the box,' make sure your creation ironically fits 'in the box.'
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS
The deadline to submit your artwork is August 31st, 2025, so don't be late. No late submissions will be accepted.
Remember that to participate in this contest, the teen's home address must be within the Great River Regional Library six-county area.
Once all submissions are accepted, the Great River Regional Library staff will choose three finalists. The winner will then be chosen from those talented finishers.
HOW THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN
The winning sticker/stickers will then be printed and available for the public just in time for TeenTober and Teen Read Week in October.
If you want to know if your city is within the six-county area, you can click HERE to learn more.
Make it colorful. Make it black and white. Create it with a pencil, or on your computer. Let the creative juices start flowing, and get your artwork noticed.
Good Luck!
