This is one of my favorite recipes. I found this last year, and was craving it today when I woke up to colder weather. After a long weekend, and maybe not making the healthiest food choices, I am ready to get back on track with a delicious recipe that is good tasting and good for me. I think you'll like it too.

DIRECTIONS

Put 4 tsp olive oil in a pan. Add chopped medium onion, and 1/2 cup chopped green onion, a generous squeeze of ginger and garlic, and cook until heated. Add turkey and brown.

Add two bags of cabbage mix. (You can save all the dressing and toppings for another salad another day. The only thing you need from this bag is the salad mix.

Add 4 tsp sesame oil and a couple shakes of soy sauce.  Cook until tender about 7-9 minutes and serve. Super quick, delicious, and makes great leftovers! Double this recipe for a family size portion that will last for a couple days!
