CHRIS YOUNG ALBUM RELEASE TODAY
The newest member of the Grand Ole Opry, Chris Young releases his 7th studio album today. He officially became an Opry member on Tuesday and now with no time to sleep, Chris is looking forward to getting his new music to his fans. He says the title track, Losing Sleep, is much more than a song, it’s become his motto. Chris will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live’s outdoor stage Tuesday, October 24, and will be taking off on his Losing Sleep World Tour, with openers LANCO and Kane Brown.
BLAKE AND HIS ‘TEXOMA SHORE’
Blake Shelton is set to release his new album November 3rd. He says the song "At The House" inspired him to name the album Texoma Shore. The single is already approaching the Top 10 and boasts more than 11 million on-demand streams. He'll perform the song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on October 30.
DO GOOD DOLLY
Dolly Parton will assist with the ongoing relief efforts around the United States by making a contribution to the ‘One America Appeal for Hurricane Relief’.
‘The One America Appeal’ was originally launched by all five living former American Presidents to encourage support recovery efforts from Hurricane Harvey, and has now expanded to include areas most affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. In addition to the financial contribution to the One America Appeal, Dolly will launch a partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, to provide 500,000 books to hurricane-affected areas.
BRANDON LAY TEAMING UP WITH KENNY CHESNEY
After landing the most-added song at country radio with “Speakers, Bleachers And Preachers,” Brandon Lay is set to tour with Kenny Chesney. He'll kick off shows on 'the Trip Around the Sun' stadium tour beginning April 21st, in Tampa, Florida. The tour, which features Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion, will run through August 2018.
Prior to Kenny's tour, Brandon will be on the road with Old Dominion and Michael Ray performing across the U.S. and Canada early next year.
