With the changing seasons, I'm already starting to see those posts on social media claiming a caterpillar can tell us what to expect this winter in terms of weather. I hate to burst your bubble, but it's an old wives' tale.

It was perfect sweater weather yesterday. I was in LOVE! I decided to open all of my windows, soak up the wonderful sounds of the rain, turn on my fake fire place, sip on some hot chocolate and bake banana muffins. It was glorious.

Signs of fall are upon us. Temperatures are in the 70's and colder this week. Starbucks will soon be bringing back their pumpkin spice latte, regular season football is around the corner and school is starting up.
