A young boy who went missing near Clear Lake on Tuesday afternoon, prompting a massive volunteer search effort, has been found safe.

Drivers on Highway 10 between Clear Lake and Big Lake will start seeing some construction crews arrive on site next week as work begins to reconstruct the eastbound lanes along that corridor.

A one-day detour will slow traffic through Clear Lake Wednesday. Crews will be repairing the Highway 24 railroad crossing just east of Highway 10.

Authorities are looking for a hungry burglar who appears to be breaking into campers in Clear Lake to steal snacks and food. The Meeker County Sheriff's Office says on October 1st, a camper was broken into in a Clear Lake campground.
