From the National Weather Service this morning:  The threat for severe weather will increase across western Minnesota this afternoon and evening as a cold front pushes into Minnesota from the Dakotas. Damaging winds and large hail are the main severe weather threats there. The storms are expected to gradually weaken as they approach eastern Minnesota and the Twin Cities late tonight.
