‘Stranger Things’ Actor Hosting Costume Contest at MOA

This is way better than the Upside Down!

Stranger Things actor David Harbour will be heading to Minnesota for a fun little event at Mall Of America.

Dress up as your favorite character from the Netflix hit and head to the Hard Rock Cafe at the mall. There, you will enter the costume contest for a chance into a private party with the famous actor. (Note that you must be 18 or older to enter the contest.)

Inside the private party, you will have the chance to ask Harbour a question during an exclusive Q + A. 15 winners will be allowed inside, along with one guest each.

The event takes place on Sunday, June 23rd. It kicks off at 1 in the afternoon and continues until about 4 p.m.

There will also be gift cards for costume contest winners. Keep in mind that your costume can not be harmful or offensive. (More contest details here.)

The event is all in honor of Stranger Things' third season, which is set to hit Netflix on July 4th. Harbour plays fan favorite Jim Hopper.

What an awesome opportunity for fans! (By the way, this isn't the only time Stranger Things showed a little love for Minnesota. Ha!)
