Yay! The new Sartell Police Department blotter came out again today! It's pretty much my favorite day of the week. Most of Sartell's blotter consists of minor calls that often make me smile and shake my head. Check out some of the calls from this last week!

Wednesday, Nov. 4

10:50 pm. 11th Ave East. Verbal. A report was made regarding a verbal argument between a juvenile female and an adult female. Officers were able to speak with all parties and they stated that they would remain calm for the evening and needed no further assistance."

The officer made them pinky swear that they would be calm for the rest of the night, and they did--is how I wish this story ended.

Sunday, Nov. 8

1:36 am. Evergreen Drive. 911 Hang Up. Officers arrived to check on the location and found that there was a fight but all parties left the area before arrival."

If a fight happens in the woods and no one is around to hear it, did it make a sound?

12:36 pm. 15th Street South. Motorist Assist. An adult male requested assistance with his key locked inside his vehicle while delivering a pizza. An officer was able to unlock the vehicle without incident."

This is just horrible luck. No wonder why my pizza was late on Sunday! Now I feel like a jerk for not tipping.

Monday, Nov. 9

7:59 am. 3rd Street North. Suspicious Person. A complaint was made regarding an adult male standing outside in a residential area. An officer checked the area and did not locate him."

It turns out he just decided it was getting a little chilly out and he went back inside of his house. LOL some of these reports make me shake my head.

There were also bunch of alcohol related calls this weekend. Was there a party going on and I wasn't invited? Keep being you, Sartell.
