The St. Cloud Rox are Northwoods League World Series Champions for the first time in franchise history -- defeating the Battle Creek Bombers 5-3 in the final game of the series.

The Rox won game-one of the best-of-three series in St. Cloud 7-5 Thursday night, but the Bombers took game-two 3-2 Friday night in Battle Creek.

Now it's back to school for the boys of summer, as the Northwoods League is a summer league for elite college players.
