After watching the movie 'Fed Up' three weeks ago, I was intrigued enough to take a 30-Day Sugar-Free Challenge -- to to more accurately depict it, a 30-Day 'Added Sweetener-Free' Challenge. No natural, artificial, zero-calorie, honey, or whatever sweeteners. I just want to see how I feel.
