Monticello Riverfest Kicks Off This Week

The annual Monticello Riverfest event kicks off Wednesday with a 'pre-Riverfest Block Party' in West Bridge Park.

The five day festival features a variety of activities including; a car show, kids games petting zoo, pie eating contest, talent show, bean bag tournament, street dance, food vendors, grand parade and more!

Events will be held at various locations in Monticello. Guests can park for free and use the free shuttle bus to bring them to all of the fun. The shuttle will pick people up from the City Parking Lot, DMV Office/Help Center, the middle school parking lot, Ellison Park parking lot and East Bridge Park parking lot.
