Anoka, Minnesota calls itself the 'Halloween Capital of the World', and, rightfully so. The Twin Cities suburb celebrates the holiday all month long with parades, candy, contests and other festive events. Anoka was the first town to ever host a Halloween parade back in the 1920s.

And, they totally got left out of the top 20 Best Places For Halloween, according to WalletHub. The study looked at 100 of the most populated cities across the United States and ranked them based on three key metrics. The study looked at how friendly the atmosphere was for trick-or-treating, Halloween fun and Halloween weather (alright, so we probably got dinged hard with that last one...remember the Halloween blizzard of '91?)
