Minnesota State Fair Food Finder

You know you've hit the fair jackpot when you find a fair that needs a "Food Finder" page on their website. That's the Minnesota State Fair!

I have been waiting all year long for the Minnesota State Fair. Spending time there is a fond memory from my childhood, but I haven't been there since I was in my early 20's.  However, I have found that in the years since I was last there--it has become so much more than 4-H booths, tractors, rides, mini donuts and corn dogs. In fact,  after seeing this list of vendors, I'm thinking that I will have to fast for the entire week leading up to the fair. And maybe I will walk from Sartell to St. Paul in order to burn several hundred calories before walking through the gates. Or, maybe I will just choose wisely once I'm there. There are some wacky foods on this list. Which ones will you try this year?
