Luke Bryan Falls Off Stage, Gets Stitches [VIDEO]

Luke Bryan was performing in North Carolina last night when he took a nasty spill on stage.

The injury required a few stitches -- take a look at what happened.

Oh, what I wouldn't have given to be his doctor last night! In all seriousness, that's scary but I can see how you can be lost in the moment and then lose your footing. I just hope he's really okay and hopefully nothing bad happened to his pretty face!
