Kirk Cousins Named NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October

Kirk Cousins has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for October, when he lead the Vikings to a 4-0 record during the stretch, with wins over the Giants, Lions, Eagles, and Redskins.

In October Cousins completed 91 of 116 passes (78.4 percent) for 1,261 yards with 10 touchdowns and one interception. His passer rating over those four games was 137.1.

Cousins has led the Vikings to a 6-2 overall record at the halfway point of the 2019 season, as Minnesota currently sits in second place in the NFC North behind the 7-1 Packers.
