INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING

  • 1 CUP SWERVE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR 0 CALORIES 0 SUGAR
  • 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED LAND O  LAKES FRESH BUTTERY TASTE SPREAD 0 CARBS
  • 1-2 TSP OF MILK IF NEEDED
  • 1 TSP VANILLA

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350. Spray a round pan. Set aside

In mixing bowl take Kodiak cake mix, greek yogurt, baking powder and salt, and mix well. Keep mixing until you can form a dough ball. If you like a sweeter dough, you can add a tablespoon of Swerve confectioners sugar to dough. Set aside.

Prepare a place to roll out your dough. The dough will be sticky. I used some kodiak powder on a wood board, roll out to 1/8 thickness. Take melted butter and brush over surface of rolled out dough.  Then sprinkle cinnamon over butter. Then sprinkle Swerve brown sugar over cinnamon. You can add as much of either of these ingredients as you want. I go heavy on the cinnamon, and light on the brown sugar.

Roll the dough into a long cylinder shape. Take a knife or pizza cutter, and cut into 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch think rolls. Place rolls in pan, and bake for 20 minutes.

These are delicious without the frosting. but if you want frosting, let the rolls cool.

FROSTING DIRECTIONS

Melt butter and add to confectioners sugar and vanilla. Stir. Add a little bit of milk by teaspoons until desired consistency is reached. I like this a little runnier so you won't need as much frosting, but this is completely up to you.

I hope you enjoy this recipe, and will send me your photos to Kelly@minnesotasnewcountry.com. Also, if you adjust the recipe, let me know! There is so much you can do with this recipe. I hope you enjoy these tasty rolls.
