Jule’s Bistro’s Extending Hours Beginning Today

WEEKLY TEAM GOALS HELP BRING BACK EXTENDED HOURS

When Jule's Bistro was faced with having to close; they decided to make the best of the situation; making improvements to their restaurant and discussing ways to make it possible to bring back all of their 25 employees.

They've been hard at work, setting weekly goals for the last five weeks; and today, they are announcing that they have been able to bring back additional staff and are extending their hours.

STOP IN FOR BREAKFAST THIS MORNING

You can now stop in for breakfast beginning today, Tuesday, August 25th from 8 am to  8 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Now that Jule's Bistro has a brand new bakery kitchen, they'll be offering macarons semi-regularly as part of the bakery lineup. These pillowy sandwiches are super delicate and super labor intensive. The team set a goal last week of selling 600 Macarons, that included flavors of honey lavender, salted caramel bourbon, blackberry almond and a sampler featuring all three.
