Johnnies Top Bethel, Gophers Fall Short

#9 St. John's (4-1) topped visiting Bethel (1-4) 21-13 on Family Weekend today in Collegeville. The Minnesota Gophers (3-1) came up short in their Big Ten opener, falling to Maryland (3-1) 31-24 in Minneapolis.

The St. Cloud State Huskies (2-2) lost on the road Thursday night, falling 31-24 at UMD.
