Coffee and donut lovers might be in luck, it appears that a Dunkin' Donuts is coming to Sartell soon.

Parcel Real Estate shared a post on Facebook on April 13th, advertising space in a new business building that will also be home to a Dunkin':

Join Dunkin' Donuts in a brand new retail center located on the intersection of 2nd St S and Pine Cone Road in Sartell. Located next to Walgreens with great visibility and easy access we are pleased to offer (2) suites consisting of 1,700 SF of shell ready space.

They also shared a mock-up of the building's exterior that showcased the iconic purple and orange "DD" of the franchise. According to the real estate post, construction of the building is scheduled for the end of 2021 or early 2022.

Dunkin' has been selling coffee and baked goods to America since 1950:

Dunkin' has earned a No. 1 ranking for customer loyalty in the coffee category by Brand Keys for 14 years running. The company has more than 12,600 restaurants in 40 countries worldwide.

I really hope this real estate listing is the real deal. I would love to see a Dunkin' come to the area. Currently the closest Dunkin' location to the St. Cloud metro is Rogers, which is kinda a long drive to get breakfast.

I have reached out to Dunkin's press room for an official statement, I will update this post if I hear back from them.
