Internet Sensation Grumpy Cat Has Passed Away

I was lurking all over the internet this morning and just a few minutes ago it was announced that the world famous Grumpy Cat has passed away at the young age of 7 due to complications from a urinary tract infection.

This is SO sad. I wasn't even a grumpy cat fan. I didn't go crazy and buy Grumpy Cat merchandise, or even visit the Grumpy Cat Facebook page. But! I have to say whenever I saw Grumpy Cat, she brought a smile to my face. I feel like I know Grumpy Cat even though we never met.
