I love back to school shopping, even though I don't have a kid in school. There's something about shopping for new fall clothes that I love...but, I don't love the big price tag that comes along with buying brand new clothing.

If you're tasked with having to buy school clothes for the upcoming school year, don't pay expensive retail prices. Save money where you can.

Crossroads Center is hosting their Just Between Friends consignment sale again this year. According to their website, "thousands of local families are selling their 'like new' condition clothes, shoes, coats, toys, books, games, baby gear, strollers, nursery items, maternity clothes and much more."

It's really just a big o'l fall sale. You don't have to have kids in school to take advantage of these deals.

The sales get underway on Thursday, August 13 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. You'll be able to find the vendors set up right between Target and Macy's near the kids play area.

Check out the full schedule below!

  • Thursday, August 13 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday, August 14 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 15 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 16 from noon to 6 p.m.

Sunday's sale is also half-price day! This means, you'll be able to browse through what's left over and hopefully walk away with items you've been searching for at the biggest discount.

If you're not looking for back to school clothing yourself, you might want to consider making a donation to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Minnesota school supply drive. The donation drop off is located in the mall by the big school bus between Hollister and the former DQ location.

If you have items to sell and would like to be part of the consignment sale, contact Crossroads Center.

Happy shopping, friends!
