Crossroads Parking Lot Carnival Closed Until Wednesday
You've likely driven by Crossroads Center in St. Cloud and witnessed the huge Ferris wheel and food stands set up in the parking lot. There's a giant carnival sandwiched between Macy's and Target.
But, don't go there today because it's closed. I made that mistake yesterday and didn't realize that the carnival was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Don't worry though, if you haven't had the chance to check it out yet, it'll be in town through May 16, and the weather forecast for the weekend looks perfect for it.
Temperatures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be in the upper 60's with no shortage of sunshine.
The rides and games are provided by Gopher State Expositions and they've partnered with the Miller Concessions food stands to provide a bunch of fun fair food.
Their food stands include; pizza, mini donuts, funnel cakes, Greek and chicken gyros, french fries, cheese curds, onion rings, fresh squeezed lemonade, corn dogs, brats, hot dogs, cotton candy, snow cones, caramel apples, smoothies and so much more!
They've got rides for people of all ages including several kiddie rides. You can buy ride tickets or an unlimited ride wristband for $20 per person.
Check out there hours below!
- Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed
- Wednesdays: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Thursdays: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Fridays: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Sundays: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
If you're planning on shopping at the Crossroads mall and you're not wanting to attend the fair, my best advice is to steer clear of that area because it's kind of nightmarish trying to leave the Target parking lot while the fair is open.
