Here are Some Things You Might Not Know About SPAM

Spam celebrated its 80th Birthday on July 5th! Spam is a staple in Minnesota, it is made right in Austin. Most people think that Spam is a "mystery meat", but it really isn't! Its is made of pork shoulder, ham, salt and sugar. Check out the video above to learn more about Spam!

My favorite Spam recipe: Fried Spam and Egg Sandwich

Slice spam into quarter inch slices and fry in a pan until almost burnt (personal preference)

Fry an egg in the same pan for extra flavor

Place fried egg and Spam onto toast and coat in hot sauce and enjoy!
