Every year, thousands of people jump into freezing cold water to support Special Olympics Minnesota. This weekend it's St. Cloud's turn.

Saturday's event at the 400 Club on Pleasant Lake in Rockville is set to start at Noon, with over 300 plungers expected to take part -- and yes, there's still room for you. (Register here.)

By Plunging with Special Olympics this weekend, you help bring opportunity and inclusion to over 8,100 Special Olympics athletes across the entire state of Minnesota.

Fundraising is required to participate in the Polar Plunge, but the minimum $75 you raise accomplishes so much more than getting you to jump into a frozen lake!
