The Minnesota Vikings are looking to rebound from last weekend's loss to the Dallas Cowboys when they host the Carolina Panthers this afternoon at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

After starting the season 1-5, the Vikings (4-6) had won three straight before last Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Cowboys. The Panthers (4-7) are coming off a 20-0 win at home last week over the Detroit Lions.

The Vikings lead the all-time series against the Panthers with an 8-6 record. The last matchup saw the Panthers top the Vikings 31-24 on December 10th, 2017.

Former Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater returns from injury to face his former team on Sunday.

The Vikings will be without the services of offensive guard Ezra Cleveland, tight end Irv Smith, Jr,  and defensive end Jordan Brailford. The Vikings also expect to be without receiver Adam Thielen today as he remains on the teams COVID-19 reserve list.

For the Panthers, offensive guard Dennis Daley, cornerback Donte Jackson, running back Christian McCaffery are all 'out' for today's game. Offensive guard John Miller, offensive tackle Russell Okung, safety Sam Franklin, defensive end Marquis Haynes, linebacker Tahir Whitehead, and receiver Brandon Zylstra are all listed as 'questionable.'

The Vikings are 3½ point favorites against the Panthers today.

The game is set to kickoff at 12:00 PM CT. (TV: FOX, RADIO: 1240 AM & 95.3 FM WJON.)
