MINNEAPOLIS -- The man who admitted to kidnapping, sexually assaulting and killing Jacob Wetterling is due in court Monday morning for his sentencing.

Danny Heinrich will appear before a U.S. District Court Judge to hear his sentence which is expected to be 20-years in a federal prison.

A plea deal struck between the U.S. Attorney's Office and Heinrich calls for no charges in the death of Jacob. In exchange for leading authorities to Jacob's body, prosecutors took the murder charge off the table and allowed him to plead guilty to child pornography charges.
