Fall Colors Guide for the First Weekend in November [Map]

The Minnesota DNR says things are already past peak across all of Minnesota -- but my take is a bit different. I'm seeing some of the best colors this fall right here, right now.

Sure the leaves are dropping like crazy, and there a lot of trees that are completely bare -- but this season's colors were slow to come, and less spectacular than in some years, making what I see now some of the best of the season.

Add to that a decent forecast for Saturday and Sunday, and it could be a nice weekend for a little Minnesota autumn road trip.

Even though the map says our area is past peak, I feel like we're just beginning to finally see some significant color change here in the St. Cloud area. Send us your pics!
