DO YOU HAVE THE FLU OR ARE YOU JUST ON THE KETO DIET?

I've heard this before; that now with the coronavirus and flu viruses in Minnesota, you may not want to start a Keto diet program.

The reason being? In the first few days of Keto, you sort of feel like you have flu symptoms. Nausea, fatigue, and dizziness. The good news? These are not typically the first few symptoms of coronavirus.

If you are trying to lose weight right now, you can use other methods that don't have these type of symptoms.  The Keto diet can cause these symptoms for the first few weeks.

Now....maybe I'm crazy..but if I'm going to feel like throwing up, be dizzy and be tired for three weeks, my body would say this is not good for me?!  I don't believe that "no pain no gain" is always applicable.

SO if you are on the Keto diet, and you're having these symptoms, remember; that's not what the coronavirus looks like. Unless you have a fever, cough, or are experiencing shortness of breath, you probably are just suffering through your weight loss.
