It must be that time of year. Many Minnesotans are hitting the road this holiday season. I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that the number of left-lane cruisers is increasing on our Minnesota highways and bi-ways. So, I thought I'd drop in a little reminder before the Summer traffic begins.

On 4 lanes other than Interstates, if you are going to make a left turn 20 miles up the road, there is no need to stay in the left lane the entire 20 miles.

It's really not that difficult.  Yet, I see it every weekend when I'm on the road. People just cruising in the left lane and holding all the faster traffic behind them. I find this rude and dangerous at times. So, repeat after me, DON'T BE A LOSER, DON'T BE A LEFT LANE CRUISER.

We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. Merry Christmas or whatever you are celebrating. Stay healthy, unfortunately, this COVID crap doesn't take holidays off so be careful and considerate of your friends and family.

Thank you!
