Christmas Music Playing At JCPenneys In Crossroads?

WHY WAS CHRISTMAS MUSIC PLAYING IN JULY?

I was shopping yesterday with my youngest son. We decided to hit JCPenneys first.  As we were going through the many styles of jeans, and trying on a million styles until we found just the right fit for Mason, he looked at me and said, "Why is there Christmas music playing?"

I have to admit, I didn't notice it until he said something. It was disguised as acoustic music.

I am NOT Christmas shopping. I was shopping last week at Hobby Lobby with my son Tanner; looking for new creative art ideas; and they had everything out for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Gosh...If I looked hard enough I probably would have seen something for every holiday. I'll give Hobby Lobby a break. It takes some time to create arts and crafts. BUT! JCPenneys? in July? Subliminal messages. I guess I SHOULD have started my Christmas shopping.
