Central Minnesotans Share Photos of Their Pets For National Pet Day

HAPPY NATIONAL PET DAY!

Today is "National Pet Day!" We've asked you to send us photos of your furbabies and we have some great photos to share with you.

Life for pets sure has changed through the years. Dogs and cats and maybe even other critters have insurance. Workplaces have added a pet feature to their plans, and more dogs now than ever, even the big ones, are living the good life inside. That's quite an advancement in quality of life for our best friends.

If you would like to send us a photo of your bestie, feel free to send it on our App, and we'll add your pet to our family photos.

THINGS TO DO ON NATIONAL PET DAY

You can use this day as a day to make sure your pets:

• Are caught up on all vaccinations
• Check collars to ensure that tags are securely attached
• Check your home for toxins.
• Throw away toys that are no longer safe
