Central Minnesota Christmas Decoration Offender Task Force

I have a couple of neighbors that still have their Christmas decorations up. I'm not just talking about lights (which I'm almost OK with), I'm talking wreaths on doors, and garland & ribbon on lamp posts. It's April for God's sake! Do you still have yours up? Do you have neighborhood offenders?
