Celebrate Waffle Day with Waffles & Chicken Breakfast Cereal

Today is International Waffle Day, and why not!?  The International holiday got it's start in Sweden. What does that mean for us locally?

NEW CEREAL TO CELEBRATE WAFFLES

It means you can drive to your local grocery store and pick up a box of limited edition POST Honey Bunches of Oats Chicken & Waffles cereal.  Yes. It's true. There's also another Post cereal I spotted on the end of the isle at Walmart yesterday called Maple Bacon Donut Cereal. But we're not talkin' bacon today. We are talkin' waffles...waffles...waffles.  Let's celebrate.

The Waffle...what a platform. Unlike a pancake, a waffle can be be a foundation for so many different things!  It can be a sandwich! it can be dessert! It can be just a plain ol' waffle.

HOW TO CELEBRATE TODAY

Celebrate International Waffle Day today by visiting your favorite waffle makin' restaurant....make them for supper along with some eggs and bacon.  Or if you really just want to put in minimal effort...you can always purchase the limited edition Chicken & Waffles cereal.
