Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3-10 years in prison following his conviction of sexual assault charges by Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill.

The 81 year-old Cosby was found guilty of sexual assault in April, resulting from charges that he drugged and molested Andrea Constand in 2004. He was convicted of three counts of aggravated indecent assault..


Earlier today the judge ruled that Cosby was a 'sexually violent predator,' meaning in part that Cosby will a lifetime of predator registration, mandatory lifetime sexual offender counselling, and notification to the public that a 'sexually violent predator' lives in their area.
